博导指导质量:参照模型、批判反思、问责改进

 

摘要:博导指导质量是博士生培养质量的核心要素。本文基于博导职责和成功导师特征的分析,建立质量问责参照模型。并对导师指导低效,导学关系异化等质量问题进行批判反思。指出质量问责是提高导师指导质量的有效措施。研究生院应参照全球研究生教育发展指南,建立多元化的导师指导质量评价机制,实现问责的改进功能,激励导师指导质量持续提升。

Modeling the Quality of Doctoral Supervisors: Ideal Framework, Critical Reflections, and Accountability Improvement

Abstract: A supervisor’s mentoring quality is one of the core elements of doctoral education quality assessment. Based on the analysis of a supervisor’s responsibilities and duties and the features of the successful supervisors, the authors of this article construct an ideal framework of supervisors’ mentoring and at the same time, review and reflect such educational quality issues as the inefficiency of a supervisor’s mentoring, the alienation of supervisors and students and other educational quality-related issues. The authors point out that the accountability for the quality is one of the effective measures of improving supervisors’ mentoring quality. Graduate schools should refer to the guideline of international postgraduate education, build a diversified mechanism for assessing supervisors’ mentoring and instruction in order to improve the functions of accountability and impetus the continuous perfection of supervisors guiding quality.
